Torres, Rio Grande do Sul, 26 February 2026 I have no idea why some inner voice makes me want to believe that today is a special day. Could it be the date? Whatever, I'm not into symbols and guessing yet I was much amazed when a butterfly was crossing my path, settled between the pavement and   the street, and did not take off when I was approaching to take a pic. Well, not just one but many. It was the first time that happened to me for butterflies, at least in my experience, do not just calmly wait until you're done with photographing. Moreover, I've never, ever seen a butterfly restng between pavement and street. It was a special day!

Der Satz wird Dostojewski zugeschrieben und beschreibt so recht eigentlich ein Befinden, das ich seit meiner Jugend kenne. Wenn ich dann aber die Schönheit der Natur vor Augen habe, weicht dieses Empfinden oft einer Versöhnung mit dem, was ist.
